The Bernard Annand finals were held at Herne Bay Bowls Club. In the semi finals of the Trophy Westbrook beat Cheriton and Thanet beat Folkestone. Westbrook won a closely contested final against Thanet 31 -29. In the Shield semi finals Herne Bay beat Whitstable and Lenham beat Ramsgate. Herne Bay beat Lenham in the final 45 - 32.
Herne Bay shared 3 triples apiece in the East Kent Mixed Triples League match at Birchington with Bay picking up the 2 extra points by winning the overall by 4 shots.
