“Captivating“, "energetic“, “mesmerising“, and “unforgettable“ are just some of the words that could be used to describe the “Shambolics” who gave a very powerful performance to help nearly 100 members to bring in the New Year on Wednesday. Members danced, jigged and sung the evening away whilst enjoying the fantastic music.
When midnight struck members kissed, hugged and crossed arms to sing “Auld Lang Syne whilst surging backwards and forwards to this traditional ballad. An excellent evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
As we enter this new year, I think it’s appropriate to say a big thank you to our Social team and all those that help for arranging the excellent entertainment last year and are organising a full programme of events to help us celebrate 100 years of Herne Bay Bowling Club.
