1. Games will be played under Bowls England (E.B.A) rules.
2. Each club may enter one team of two fours.
3. Games will be completed by mutual agreement before the set date. It is the responsibility of the HOME team to offer their opposition at least TWO dates.
4. In each round, BOTH fours of the club will play at HOME or AWAY (i.e. NOT one four at home and one four away). The AWAY team SHALL be given choice of rinks.
5. The result is decided on the aggregate score of the two fours. Before the start of each game, therefore, team captains will agree which rink will play an extra end in the event of a tie.
6. It is expected that good sportsmanship and the spirit of bowls will be seen throughout this tournament.
7. The winning club shall hold the H.B. Annand Trophy for one year.
